New England Landscapes Series 1

This monotype series was inspired by my daily commute through the Pioneer Valley, where power lines, trees, and buildings fractured the skyline. The imagery captures the narrative of travel and the mysteries that unfold along the way. Bold contrast and heavy ink create an ominous, eerie mood, as if journeying down uncertain roads. Three prints from the series are part of the Boston Athenaeum’s Prints and Photographs of New England Collection.
