Five incredible years designing LEGO® packaging and marketing materials with iconic brands like Marvel, DC, and Lucasfilm. This involved balancing brand guidelines, creative storytelling, and complex approvals to deliver designs that honored each IP while staying true to LEGO’s identity.

What’s in the Box?

Working a full year ahead of theatrical releases meant evolving references and unfinished assets. Concepts shifted, models changed, and visual details were often still in development. I had to collaborate closely with internal and external partners and make confident creative decisions even when the path forward was not fully mapped out.

Using Maya, I staged early 3D models, built scenes with custom backgrounds and effects, and laid out principal design to bring structure to the work. Once final models were delivered, I art directed the photography and refined every layout to ensure perfect alignment

STAR WARS Portfolio Visual

This large scale podium display was created to present our product portfolio to LEGO leadership. Spanning 55 inches by 116 inches, the piece needed to merge three distinct Star Wars sub themes into one unified visual that felt cinematic and focused.

I used the signature “Force” swirl from our Master Your Force campaign as the visual connector, guiding the viewer through each product category with intention. I led the composition from my early sketch, shaping the flow, creating atmospheric effects, and directing 3D model placement to ensure every element supported the larger story.

The final artwork delivered a powerful, cohesive moment that celebrated the breadth of the line while giving each product room to shine.
